Reservations

Our lodge features unique event spaces which are the perfect venues to host community events, fundraisers, family gatherings, weddings, holiday parties, and special events. The facility includes a spacious ballroom on the first floor which has a built-in bar, adjoining kitchen, and private bathrooms. The Grillroom, on our lower level, is perfect for smaller gatherings.

To inquire about availability, please completed the form below or email events@hobokenelks.com. Hall reservations are managed by our highly talented team of Elks volunteers. A response to every inquiry is provided within ten business days. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reservation requests over the phone. If your event has multiple organizers, please designate a single point of contact and only submit one reservation inquiry.

Due to the high demand for our event spaces, we are unable to satisfy all requests. Current lodge members in good standing shall receive priority for all reservation requests. The sponsoring member must be present for the entire event and is responsible for the conduct of his or her guests.

Unfortunately our venue does not provide air conditioning and therefore summer reservations are limited.
